Syntax for wiki editors: Critical problems, doesn't boots, freezes or crashes after some gaming progress. A game that was released in 3 regions: PAL-EU, NTSC-U/C, NTSC-J and was reported as playable in the 3 regions counts as 3 units in the playable counter so really, if I could, it'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 rating instead of a 3).This counters represents how many times each tag was used in this wiki page. I found a 3 out of 5 rating to be quite severe but I found a 4 out of 5 one to be too generous. they put a good amount of effort in the story mode and overall presentation part of the game, but when it comes down the actual golfing, the game is not up to the level I was hoping it would be, hence the grade I have given it (N.B. So for me, that's where the problem lies.
#PANGYA GOLF PSP ID PLUS#
in fact, that's the first thing that I noticed when I started the game: the characters looks less detailed and washed out, and the courses look less pleasing to the eye than in EG2.Īs far as the gameplay is concerned, it feels a lot less solid than that of EG2, even though, it is more forgiving (which I would consider a plus because, at times, I find EG2's gameplay to be too severe in the later stages of the games (moreso since the game is supposedly aimed at a younger and more casual audience)). There is, in my opinion, a huge gap between that and EG2. not very good I think, especially when it comes to the character models. My biggest issue is with the gameplay and the graphics elements of the game:įirst of all, the graphics are. The story mode isn't perfect but it gets the job done. You do get the story mode, and I really appreciate the big amount of effort that was put into it (nice items, colourful pictures and icons, interaction between characters, etc). So when I picked Pangya, I did it really hoping to get a game that would be like Everybody's Golf 2 but with a story mode. I found that really disapointing because, other than that, I would argue EG2 has the better gameplay and the better graphics.

Sure there is a Challenge mode but it never quite felt like a proper story or tour mode as pre sent in every single other games. However, the biggest flaw view with EG2, in my opinion, is the lack of a story, campaign, or tour mode. Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee 2), Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 (PSP), Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 (Wii), and my latest addition, Pangya: Fantasy golf for the the PlayStation Portable.Ī major reason why I was so excited to get this game is that I was hoping it would be a bigger and better golf game than Everybody's Golf 2 which I (more or less) completed and which I would rank as my favourite amongst the above list.

If you need to know, these are Mario Golf (GBA), Everybody's Golf 2 (PSP) (a.k.a.

I got into golf recently and, being an avid gamer, I wanted to check out a lot of major golf games out there. A "ok" game but I expected more to be honest.
